We ran into Melissa on accident. we were driving through a neighborhood looking at homes, we saw a house with a for sale sign so we stopped to look. Melissa was showing the home to potential clients at the time. We were attempting to call our agent to get the details for this home, our agent was hard to reach and unable to show the house that day. We got out of our car to see if she was the listing the agent. The home was above our price range, but Melissa was very nice and took the time to listen to what we needed. We decided to work with her and she was absolutely amazing. We decided to go with new construction which most people think you don't need an agent for. I found her extremely helpful and could not have done it without her. She was always available by phone when I needed to vent about mortgage or hoa issues. She was always professional and had my best interest at heart. There were a few times that I thought the sale was not going to go through. Not at one moment did I feel that she was in it for the money, she truly wanted what was best for my family and was more then willing to do whatever that took.
